Made from coconut husk fibers wrapped onto recycled wire to create the durable brush, its then solidly inserted a rubber tree wood handle for ease of use and handling. Comes with a practical cotton cord to hang the brush to dry.
We have been testing our new brush for months and over three months is has consistently outperformed all others (natural and synthetic) that we have put it up against.
Using our natural washing up brush saves the environment up to 35 grams of plastic waste compared to the disposal of a plastic/nylong dish brush.
The fibers have a phenmenal hold on the wire and its a bit flexible to work with with. Note, however, that coconut fibers are strong, durable and effective on grit and grime but can scratch delicate surfaces like painted on porcelain, silverplate, sterling and highly mirrored stainless steel. For those delicate items, we recommend our egyptian Loofah Scouring Pads which are soft and pliable for such tasks.
